Kieran O’Reilly, Research Officer. He holds an MA in International Relations from Dublin City University and a BA in Russian from Trinity College, Dublin. He joined the ERRC in September 2012, and works on Ukraine, Romania and Moldova. He has a particular interest in health-related issues.
